All parties involved in the publication process — publisher, editors, editorial board, reviewers, and authors — must adhere to principles of integrity, transparency, and academic responsibility.

- Use of unpublished material: unpublished content must not be used without the author’s consent.
Duties of Reviewers
- Peer review process: all submissions undergo double-blind peer review.
- Contribution to editorial decisions: reviewers provide constructive and timely evaluations.
- Confidentiality: manuscripts must not be disclosed or discussed with others.
- Objectivity: reviews must be objective and supported by arguments.
- Acknowledgment of sources: reviewers should identify relevant published work not cited.
- Conflicts of interest: reviewers must disclose conflicts and withdraw if necessary.
Duties of Authors
- Originality: authors must ensure the originality of their work and proper citation of sources.
- Multiple submissions: simultaneous submission to multiple journals is unethical.
- Authorship: all significant contributors must be listed as co-authors.
- Disclosure: authors must disclose conflicts of interest and funding sources.
- Error correction: authors must promptly notify the journal of errors.
- Research integrity: data must be presented accurately and honestly.
Handling of Ethical Issues
In cases of suspected misconduct (e.g., plagiarism, data fabrication, duplicate publication), the journal will follow COPE procedures, which may include:
- requesting clarification from authors
- rejection or retraction
- publication of corrections

- Transparency: authors must clearly disclose any use of generative AI tools.
- Accountability: authors are fully responsible for all content.
- Authorship: AI tools cannot be listed as authors.
- Appropriate use: AI may be used for language editing but not for unverified scientific content generation.
