Abstract
This editorial examines how technological change reshapes the labor market, emphasizing that human innovation is inevitable and must be guided rationally. Rather than resisting or fearing automation, societies should rethink traditional notions of work and manage the human–machine transition strategically. It argues for a proactive, reflective approach to ensure progress benefits both individuals and communities.
