Abstract

More or less shortly, any sufficiently prosperous nation will invest money and resources to equip itself with militarily competitive robots in a veritable "race for robotic armaments." This revolution will not only entail a significant reduction in the influence of human factors in the strategic context but will also transform the very doctrines of warfare used so far to adapt them to the deployment of robots.
