Abstract
Founded within Naples' Città della Scienza project, the Business Innovation Center (BIC) has successfully transformed a former heavy industrial site into a thriving hub for innovative startups, boasting a 90% survival rate for hosted companies. Despite past management transitions, the center has fostered excellence in sectors such as ICT, green energy, and digital marketing, acting as a crucial engine for economic growth in Southern Italy. The BIC continues to promote a collaborative "system-building" culture among companies, facilitating internationalization and technological innovation.
