The growth of automation processes necessitates a comprehensive rethinking of the current state of employment, with the aim of facilitating the transition to new activities before technological unemployment sweeps away entire professional sectors. The banking and financial sector can represent, in this sense, an important case study, where many activities are destined for automation, alongside those already long automated. What are the trends that will change the sector, and what solutions can be adopted to anticipate the consequences?
