Abstract
In the last ten years, territorial/urban conflicts appear to be on the rise. The spread of this type of protest seems to have common roots in a broader conflict, different in characteristics and form from conflicts studied until now. Through the analysis of two territorial conflicts that occurred respectively in Spain (Gamonal, Burgos) in 2014 and in Italy (Falcognana, Rome) in 2013, we will try to identify the future lines of development of social conflict.
