Spread throughout the West in recent years, the concept of "common good" refers to a new dimension of public coexistence that bridges the gaps that have arisen over decades between the state and communities, preserving the legacy for future generations. However, defining common goods is a complex task legally and politically: what are common goods? How can they be protected? An analysis of the international debate with a focus on the case of Naples.
