Abstract
The Jobs Act, initially associated with Italian labor reforms, also influenced crowdfunding legislation in the United States. This legislation, signed by President Obama in 2015, aimed to stimulate job creation through crowdfunding platforms, allowing ordinary individuals to invest in entrepreneurial ventures. Italy followed suit, becoming an early adopter of equity crowdfunding regulations, fostering the growth of innovative startups like Capitalsud. Despite challenges, crowdfunding presents promising opportunities for economic development and job creation, with initiatives like "Cercasi Alessandro Magno" promoting entrepreneurial excellence within Italy.
