Abstract
Innovators are present in all social contexts, professions, and various life situations. But who are they really? A study by the Human+ Foundation has discovered that they share some fundamental characteristics: they generate new content and original ideas, they tend not to stop at mere ideation, they are oriented towards creating consensus and giving visibility to innovation by persuading, attracting, and motivating.
