Abstract

The globalization of the second half of the 19th century was interrupted by the First World War and was able to continue only after the Second World War. But this did not disrupt the general course of human history. The current state of Globalization is hardly significantly different from what it might have been if there had not been two world wars. This applies, in particular, to a united Europe and the European integration process of Ukraine. Although now Ukraine needs military support from the West, and in the future – a special program of pre-accession assistance and significant private investments. Of course, the situation would be different if at one time politicians had chosen a peaceful way to solve global problems. We hope that this time the right path will be chosen.
