This article outlines the evolution and future strategy of L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele, founded in 1870 in Naples. For four generations, the Condurro family has preserved its minimalist philosophy—offering only Margherita and Marinara pizzas—while safeguarding traditional methods and quality.
After long resisting expansion to protect authenticity, the company has recently launched a controlled international project, opening its first overseas location in Tokyo. Combining tradition with modern logistics and strict quality standards, the initiative aims for sustainable global growth without compromising their identity.
