Abstract
Today, more than ever, it is crucial to implement a tourism activity monitoring system that provides real-time responses: possible solutions range from collecting data that leverage the capabilities of GPS and georeferencing, to big data analysis on social media to take into account tourists' preferences and their satisfaction evaluations.
